The Healing Eras

Coming Soon:

Personalized Coaching for Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents

Structure, strategy, and support for people who are ready to move from reflection into real-life practice—with boundaries, communication, and clarity.

You’ve done the reflection and learned the skills, but when it comes to actually setting boundaries, staying grounded in the moment, or navigating guilt—you still feel stuck.

This is where coaching comes in.

1:1 coaching offers structured, goal-oriented support for adult children of emotionally immature parents who want to:

Stop spiraling when a boundary is tested
Communicate with more clarity and less guilt
Rebuild self-trust after years of people-pleasing
Learn how to hold the line—even when it's uncomfortable
Use tools that translate insight into everyday action

This is not therapy.
It’s coaching for people who are ready to practice, shift, and move forward

Hi, I’m Tricia

— the voice behind The Healing Eras.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and trauma-informed educator with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and relational dynamics.

My work is rooted in a deep understanding of what it means to grow up around emotional immaturity — and how to gently reclaim your boundaries, voice, and inner safety.

I created The Healing Eras to support those who are ready to set limits without shame or self-doubt.

There are many people online offering coaching and emotional support—but not all of them are trained or qualified to hold the complexity of what you might be carrying.

As a licensed mental health professional with nearly 20 years of experience in trauma-informed systems, I bring clinical insight and ethical grounding to everything I create. That means you can trust that the tools I share are thoughtful, informed by evidenced informed frameworks, and designed to translate neuroscience into practice.

And while I bring professional training to this work, I also understand it on a personal level. The patterns I teach about—boundary collapse, guilt conditioning, the silence that follows emotional invalidation—aren’t just theoretical. They’re familiar. That familiarity shapes the way I hold this space: with nuance, without pathologizing, and always with respect for your pace.

This work isn’t therapy. But it is built with the same care and containment I offered in the therapy room—combined with practical tools, accessible language, and support for real-life healing.
